Our one-bowl pound cake mix is made with organic flour and organic unrefined cane sugar, for a tasty, oh-so-tender cake. Just add milk (or milk alternative), eggs, and oil. No mixer required means easy baking!
Sold in packs of 3 (so you receive 3 bags of pound cake mix). If you'd like to mix & match flavors, please leave a note at checkout.
You can even use vegan substitutions to make it a vegan pound cake!
Classic vanilla pound cake: organic all-purpose flour, organic cane sugar, baking powder, organic vanilla powder, salt.
Classic chocolate pound cake: organic cane sugar, organic all-purpose flour, organic cocoa powder, baking powder, organic vanilla powder, salt.
All you need to add: 2 sticks unsalted butter (room temp), 4 large eggs.
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on 2 sides.
2. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together butter, eggs, and cake mix until well-combined, about 2 minutes.
3. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake according to chart below.
For a variation, try adding cocoa powder to marble your vanilla pound cake!
